Emilio Aragón wins SGAE composition prize

The composer and director Emilio Aragón has won the 2006 Daniel Montorio prize for his score for the ballet Blancanieves (Snow White), based on the story by the Brothers Grimm.

The production was premiered at the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao on 3 November, 2005, with choreography, stage direction and libretto by Ricardo Cué and Tamara Rojo as principal ballerina.
